The brines can be filtered to 1 micron using
- DE Filters : For coarse filtration of heavy brines
- Bag Filters : For coarse filtration of low density brines
- Cartridge Filters : For polishing to required NTU
ASAP DUAL VESSEL SKID is used for brine filtration for purification down up to ONE MICRON. For brine with heavier contamination, the skid can be used in conjunction with bag filters, which carry out the upstream coarse filtration.
Filtration media is polypropylene pleated cartridge with large filtration area and high dirt holding capacity.
Series / parallel piping manifold in the skid facilitates pre and final filtration in single pass.
